Poggio Ulivo from Fattoria di Monticello is an extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed to preserve natural aromas, freshness, and very low acidity. The olives are hand-picked from our olive groves located on the mid-hills between the provinces of Terni and Perugia, guaranteeing a genuine and traditional product.
Obtained only through mechanical processes, unfiltered, it may present light natural deposits, a sign of its authentic and artisanal quality.
