Fruity and Mineral White Wine
A pure Grechetto Umbria I.G.T.: Ginestrello is a white wine with fruity notes, made from a grape variety that characterises the area where the winery Fattoria di Monticello is located.
After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine is rested in stainless steel tanks and then finally refined in bottle.
The characteristic colour of Grechetto is straw yellow, with a fine aroma, fruity notes, and a slight savoury character.
