• Ginestrello 2023, Grechetto Umbria I.G.T.  Fattoria di Monticello, an autoctone white wine perfect to enjoy with medium-structured first courses, medium-ages cheeses, crustaceans and seafood. 
• Marièl 2023, Pinot Grigio Umbria I.G.T. Fattoria di Monticello, a white wine ideal for aperitifs but also with fresh cheeses and fish. 
• Ponetro 2022, Pinot Nero Umbria I.G.T.  Fattoria di Monticello, perfect in combination with red meal, truffle and even structured first courses.
• Salomone 2018, Cabernet Sauvignon Umbria I.G.T.  Fattoria di Monticello,which we reccomend to try with game's dishes, aged cheeses, grilled and braised red meats.
• Mi'Chicco 2019, Bianco Passito Umbria I.G.T.  Fattoria di Monticello, ideal to finish a meal by combining it with dry pastries and traditional Umbrian sweets. Also excellent with blue cheeses and medium-aged cheeses.
