Fattoria di Monticello raises, in semi - free- range pastures, its Marchigiana cattle heads certified as "I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale"; the veals are feeded to weaning (5 months) on mother's milk and then only on cereals and farage of Fattoria di Monticello production. This breed, white-coloured, is perfectly settled in the Appennines area and it is certainly well known fortì the quality of its meat, succulent and nutrient, particularly lean and suitable for modern nutrition, rich in fatty acids.

Family Packs Marchigiana I.G.P Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale
Fattoria di Monticello monthly produces 10 kg family packs of this precious breed .
Fattoria di Monticello's family packs are made up of all types of cuts, in proportion to the size of the animal: boiled meat cut, stew, ground, boneless steak, t- bone steak, sliced lean meat and first cut beef.
Our meat packs come in vacuum-sealed-trays to ensure the meat's quality and freshness, delivered inside polystylene (EPS) isotonic containers suitable for fresh good's transportation.
Meat, such as the one purchased by your favourite butcher, is already portioned and ready to cook. It can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3-4 days before being frozen.
Each tray shows usefull information for a conscious consumption, i.e.: producer, packager, facility, net weight, meat cut, date of packaging and expiration date.
Inside the pack is salso inserted the technical sheet of the meat, including all the information about the animal and its traceability code.
