Inside the farmhouse, recently renovated, Fattoria di Monticello offers 5 comfortable and bright rooms that overlooking the vineyards with a great view across the valley.
All room have: air conditioning /heating, bathroom with hairdryer, safe, tv and free WiFi.

Surrounded by a lovely scenic garden, you will find our restaurant. You can taste here the delicious match between the Farm’s and local products and the creativity of our Chefs: recipes that enhance the genuineness and goodness of the Umbrian culinary tradition.
Our tasting room is available, upon reservation, also for events up to a maximum of 50 people.

Discounts and free:
- Children in room with parents free up to 2 years old - breakfast € 6,00/child over 2 years
Cancellation policy:
- No penalty will be charge for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made between 14h and 3th days before the arrival it will be charged the 30% of the total reservation or will be withheld the entire deposit, when paid.
- For cancellations made later than 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show and early departure it will be charged the full amount.

If you are planning to visit Umbria with your horse, Fattoria di Monticello, with its stable, is the ideal place to stay between one stop and the other.
We have 5 boxes with sawdust litter and outdoor sandpit. Food, except of special requests, consists of hay and feed.
Contact us to arrange your stay packages for you and your horse.
For those who are simply curious, it is always possible to visit the stable and to know closely our horses.
Enchanting trails and breathtaking views! We are located within the Natural Heritage Land System Monte Peglia and Selva di Meana. Adventuring in the paths of Monte Peglia, you will know the flora and the fauna that populate this protected area, which also inlcudes a volcanologic area.
