Bellamora / sparkling wine
Classic method
Obtained through soft pressing and maturation on the lees for 24 months with previous re-fermentation in the bottle. Sparkling wine Bellamora has a straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. Very elegant, with hints of bread crust and white flowers.

Training system: Cordon Trained Spur Pruned
Density of the vines: 4,000 plants per hectare
Yield per hectare: 6,000 kgs
Vinification and sparkling process: Soft pressing and fermentation in steel for about 20 days at 15° C; re-fermentation in bottle.
Ageing: On yeasts for 24 months.
TASTING NOTES
Colour and perlage: Straw yellow with golden undertones. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Aroma: The bouquet highlights hints of bread crust and white flowers.
Taste: Powerful, vigorous and dry. Elegantly structured.
Pairings: Excellent for aperitif and also with fish and shellfish, cheeses and desserts.
Serving temperature: 4-6°C
